  • Account information: username and phone number when you create an account

  • Profile photo: optional photo you upload for your account profile

  • Client data: contact names, phone numbers, profile photos, session notes, and session history that you enter into the app

  • Usage data: app interactions, device type, and operating system version

  • Subscription data: purchase history managed through Apple's App Store

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Seshy app and its features

  • To manage your account and subscription

  • To send important service notifications via SMS

  • To improve the app experience

Data Storage and Security Your data is stored securely in our database using industry-standard encryption. All profile images are stored as encrypted data within your account record. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or client data with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Apple App Store (subscription management)

  • RevenueCat (subscription analytics)

  • Supabase (database storage)

  • Twilio (SMS verification)

Your Rights You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You may delete your account and all associated data directly within the app via Settings → Data → Delete Account. All data including client records and profile photos is permanently and immediately deleted.

Children's Privacy Seshy is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date.
