These Terms of Use govern your use of the Seshy mobile application operated by Novus Broker Technology Inc.
Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using Seshy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Account Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
Acceptable Use You agree to use Seshy only for lawful purposes related to managing your professional client relationships. You may not use the app to store, transmit, or process illegal content, or to violate any applicable law or regulation.
Client Data You are solely responsible for the client data you enter into Seshy. You represent that you have the right to store and manage any personal information you input, and that your use complies with applicable privacy laws.
Subscriptions and Payments Seshy Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription (Monthly or Annual) or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms for auto-renewable subscriptions. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Seshy Pro Monthly: Billed monthly, renews automatically
Seshy Pro Annual: Billed annually, renews automatically
Seshy Pro Lifetime: One-time purchase, no renewal
Intellectual Property The Seshy name, logo, and app design are the property of Novus Broker Technology Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Disclaimer Seshy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novus Broker Technology Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
